Returns policy

In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged or faulty we will exchange the goods or offer a full refund. This is subject to the following conditions:

• It is your responsibility to check the goods. Any obvious damage must be recorded on the delivery note.
• Where it is not reasonable to inspect the goods on delivery or where packaging would require opening we will offer an exchange or refund. Notification of any defect must be made within 7 days.

You may return a product for any reason providing it is returned to us in its original condition within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition/packaging and in our opinion fit for re-sale. We will offer a refund for the cost of the goods subject to a restocking charge of 20%. Please note: The cost of returning the good(s) is your responsibility.

Delivery details

We deliver free of charge to the designated areas for any order exceeding £250 (excluding vat.) Your order will normally be delivered within 3 working days, this service operates Mon – Fri excluding bank holidays. For smaller orders or enquiries outside of our standard delivery zone please click on “get a quote” instead of checking out and we will respond to your enquiry within one working day, alternatively please phone your local branch where an advisor will be happy to assist you.

Deliveries are made by a variety of vehicles and sources therefore we cannot arrange specific delivery times. All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person over the age of 18. If no-one is available to take the delivery, we will contact you to rearrange the delivery. We will have to make an additional charge for redelivery. Should no-one be available to take the redelivery we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your money, excluding any delivery costs.

Please note that at Beaumont Forest we only use heavy goods vehicles to deliver our goods.

The size of our vehicles are:
5.0M Wide
9.0M Long
3.0M High

These dimension sizes are of the vehicle only, so please keep in mind that the vehicle will need more room than this for manoeuvring. 

We only offer a kerb-side delivery service, this does include dropping goods onto driveways and front lawns. Beaumont Forest reserve the right to deliver goods if: it blocks the public highway; if it is unsafe to do so and will endanger the public or driver; the ground is unsuitable to drive on, i.e. grass, soft verges, block paving. These eventualities are left to the digression of our professional drivers to make the most appropriate decision. We will make every effort to contact you if this is the case to arrange a suitable solution.

To continue supplying the prompt delivery service that we offer, we unfortunately cannot move goods by hand to other parts of the property or site. If you know that your goods will need to be moved by hand, please consider having arrangements in place prior to placing an order.

Stock Availability and Delivery Zones

Should the stock or delivery area not be available for your order we will aim to advise within 24 hours of placing the order by phone or email what the situation is. We will offer you a solution or give you a full refund.

Collections

You can also collect your goods from one of our depots, please call your nearest branch and we will arrange this for you.
