Includes Damp Proof Membrane (DPM) back for use on concrete ground floor installations


Returns policy

In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged or faulty we will exchange the goods or offer a full refund. This is subject to the following conditions:

  • It is your responsibility to check the goods. Any obvious damage must be recorded on the delivery note.
  • Where it is not reasonable to inspect the goods on delivery or where packaging would require opening we will offer an exchange or refund. Notification of any defect must be made within 14 days.

You may return a product for any reason providing it is returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition/packaging. We will offer a refund for the cost of the goods subject to a restocking charge of 15%. Please note: The cost of returning the good(s) is your responsibility.

Delivery details

We deliver free of charge to the designated areas for any order exceeding £200. Your order will normally be delivered within 3 working days, this service operates Mon – Fri excluding bank holidays. For smaller orders or enquiries outside of our standard delivery zone please click on “get a quote” instead of checking out and we will respond to your enquiry within one working day, alternatively please phone your local branch where an advisor will be happy to assist you.

Deliveries are made by a variety of vehicles and sources therefore we cannot arrange specific delivery times. All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person over the age of 18. If no-one is available to take the delivery, we will contact you to rearrange the delivery. We will have to make an additional charge for redelivery. Should no-one be available to take the redelivery we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your money, excluding any delivery costs.

Stock Availability and Delivery Zones

Should the stock or delivery area not be available for your order we will aim to advise within 24 hours of placing the order by phone or email what the situation is. We will offer you a solution or give you a full refund.

    • Roofshield is a unique, three-layer, nonwoven, spunbonded, polypropylene breather membrane with a patented melt-blown core. It is intended for use as a pitched roof underlay and is fixed beneath tiles and slates. Roofshield provides a secondary barrier to the ingress of rain, wind and snow.       The combination of low vapour resistance and air-permeability eliminates the need for low and high level ventilation.
