These terms & conditions apply to the use of this website and all transactions that are made through it. By accessing the website you are indicating your acceptance of the terms so please read through these carefully.

Prices

Beaumont Forest Products Ltd make every effort to ensure that prices shown on this website are correct, however there are a large number of products on the site so occasionally an error may occur resulting in items being priced incorrectly. If a pricing error does occur we will at our discretion contact you to see if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order in which case we will refund your payment. We will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price even after we have sent you an order confirmation email.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Delivery

For any orders placed before 12pm delivery will normally take place within three working days. This service operates Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. We reserve the right to refuse orders outside of our standard delivery zones in which case a refund will be offered. We also reserve the right to refuse an order or apply a delivery charge for any orders with a total value under £200. In the event that this occurs we will at our discretion contact you to discuss the options.

All delivery times are given in good faith but are estimates only, we shall not be responsible for any failure to deliver ordered products within the stated time frames. We will contact you if we cannot deliver within our stated time frame and give you the opportunity to either wait for the products or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order we will give you a full refund.

In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged or faulty we will exchange the goods or offer a full refund. This is subject to the following conditions:

• It is your responsibility to check the goods. Any obvious damage must be recorded on the delivery note.
• Where it is not reasonable to inspect the goods on delivery or where packaging would require opening we will offer an exchange or refund. Notification of any defect must be made within 14 days.

You may return a product for any reason providing it is returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition/packaging. We will offer a refund for the cost of the goods subject to a restocking charge of 15%. Please note: The cost of returning the good(s) is your responsibility.
