Mead Way, Kidlington - LP SolidStart I-Joists
Beaumont Forest Products introduced Galower Builders to the concept of using I-joists as an alternative to solid timber joists for their site in Kidlington, Oxfordshire. Galower were looking for a material that would not only provide less shrinkage and twisting than traditional timber, resulting in a stable, stiff floor but would also offset labour costs. The I-Joists were used for five of the plots on this site which comprised of a variety of detached and semi-detached houses.

St. Andrews Church, Chorleywood - LunaComp Decking
We recently supplied 50m2 of our exclusive LunaComp deck board to the St. Andrews Church hall refurbishment ("The Bridge") project in Chorleywood. The improvements to the building included extensive remodelling of the exterior areas. The client no longer has a resident caretaker so it was imperative that the product selected required minimal maintenance. The low-slip qualities of the board also made it an ideal choice for a building that is often frequented by children and some of the older generation.
