We deliver free of charge to the designated areas for any order exceeding £250 (excluding vat.) Your order will normally be delivered within 3 working days, this service operates Mon – Fri excluding bank holidays. For smaller orders or enquiries outside of our standard delivery zone please click on “get a quote” instead of checking out and we will respond to your enquiry within one working day, alternatively please phone your local branch where an advisor will be happy to assist you.
Deliveries are made by a variety of vehicles and sources therefore we cannot arrange specific delivery times. All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person over the age of 18. If no-one is available to take the delivery, we will contact you to rearrange the delivery. We will have to make an additional charge for redelivery. Should no-one be available to take the redelivery we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your money, excluding any delivery costs.
Please note that at Beaumont Forest we only use heavy goods vehicles to deliver our goods.

We only offer a kerb-side delivery service, this does include dropping goods onto driveways and front lawns. Beaumont Forest reserve the right to deliver goods if: it blocks the public highway; if it is unsafe to do so and will endanger the public or driver; the ground is unsuitable to drive on, i.e. grass, soft verges, block paving. These eventualities are left to the digression of our professional drivers to make the most appropriate decision. We will make every effort to contact you if this is the case to arrange a suitable solution.
To continue supplying the prompt delivery service that we offer, we unfortunately cannot move goods by hand to other parts of the property or site. If you know that your goods will need to be moved by hand, please consider having arrangements in place prior to placing an order.
Should the stock or delivery area not be available for your order we will aim to advise within 24 hours of placing the order by phone or email what the situation is. We will offer you a solution or give you a full refund.
